In fact, the 2019-20 NBA season will not even be carried out. Because of all these things, anyone anticipating as big of an attempt as we normally see from an annual 2K release is likely to be disappointed. All logic points into NBA 2K21 MT saving all or almost all of its ammunition on the next-gen versions. That said, what does a suitable current-gen release look like for 2K? I have a few ideas.
As we have seen from the gameplay trailer which published last month, the graphics will be almost identical, if not equal to NBA 2K20. While this could be an issue for some, I am fine with this piece of stagnation. It is not going to have much better on PS4 and XB1 than that which we see here. Second, it might be foolish to presume 2K would love to invest in enhancing the item visually when they stand to benefit from providing a next-gen version that'll be hyped up largely due to how amazing it seems. 2K and every other producer of annual sports video games will need the gap between present and next-gen to be somewhat noticeable from a visual standpoint. As a consumer, I am fine with that strategy.
Soundtracks are cool and all, but quite honestly, I struggle to see the authentic long-term worth in investing a lot into this component of a game. Nevertheless, we have seen the soundtrack that will be in the game and based upon your own personal tastes, you are either elated, disappointed, or could care less about the tunes included. I am fine with what's coming on this front, as far as comment, I can await the next-gen models for a significant jump in this area. Some really cool things can be done in order to make what's already good opinion in the game even better.
Here is part of where 2K and EA should really bring the heat. I am not necessarily talking about delivering fresh ways. Again, that's next-gen can wow us. As an example, I've already stated that with no salary cap feature in MyTeam, I'm probably not going to Cheap 2K MT provide that aspect of the game a lot of my period this year. To a lesser degree, however similar, the same could be said for a draft feature. Madden, FIFA, MLB The Show, along with the NHL series have excellent variations of the concept in their collector manners.
